TRACOM comprises of Headquarters, Naval Training Command; the Institute of Maritime Warfare; the Institute of Maritime Operations and Systems. HEADQUARTERS, NAVAL TRAINING COMMAND
HQ TRACOM comprises the Commander's Office and three Branches.
The Training Development Branch(TDB) oversees organisational & curriculum development, and the application of Information Technology in training.
The Training Effectiveness & Standards Branch(TESB) ensures quality control, monitors standards, manages staff development and administers the TRACOM Quality movement.
The Curriculum Development Branch(CDB) ensures the training curriculum for RSN WOSR is kept relevant and up to date to meet the demands of the 3G Navy.
The F1 Branch manages training resources and administration, and provides bulk printing services and publications management and control for the RSN.
The F4 Branch manages training resources and administration, and provides bulk printing services and publications management and control for the RSN.

INSTITUTE OF MARITIME WARFARE
IMW comprises of Tactical Training Centre Changi, Tactical Training Centre Tuas, MCV Combat Simulation Centre, and PV Combat Simulation Centre.
IMW sets the standards for the performance of combat teams engaged in maritime warfare activities and provides the training to ensure those standards in the Fleet, Coastal Command and training institutions in the Navy.
With its overview of tactical and combat team training, IMW is uniquely positioned to provide the inputs for RSN doctrine development.
The Commander, IMW also has the responsibility to plan and conduct war-gaming exercises at the Navy and Task Force levels.

INSTITUTE OF MARITIME OPERATIONS AND SYSTEMS
IMOS comprises of the Commander IMOS's office, HQ IMOS and 2 divisions; Naval Systems Training Division and Naval Professional Development Division.
HQ IMOS comprises of Training Coord & Control Branch, Instructional Development Branch, Examination Access Section, Training Management Section and Institute Sergeant Major's office.
Naval Systems Training Division is made up of Weapon Systems Training Centre, Propulsion System Training Centre, Naval Detection Training Centre, Power Generator System Training Centre, Electronic Warfare Training Centre, Ship Design Training Centre, Underwater Training Centre and Material System Training Centre.
Naval Professional Development Division on the other part comprises of Basic Military Training Centre, General Naval Training Centre, Damage Control Training Centre and Naval Warfare Tech Centre.
