Naval Platform Technology Seminar (NPTS) 2007 was held at the Singapore Expo on 16th and 17th May 2007 in conjunction with the International Maritime Defence Exhibition Asia (IMDEX Asia) 2007.
27 technical papers revolving around the theme, New Environment, New Technologies, New Capabilities, were presented by various major defence organisations, academic institutions, class societies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and shipbuilders over the two days.
More than 500 technologists and engineers from various navies and institutions attended the seminar.
