The Remuneration
As a Pilot trainee, your starting salary can range from $1,970 to $4,010, depending on your educational qualifications. Once you earn your wings, your salary will increase, ranging from $3,920 to $7,255 for a start.
With good performance, advancement in terms of rank and appointment is rapid. The many upgrading and developmental courses will soon see you scaling the promotions ladder. That means first, becoming a Flight Commander, then Squadron Commander or a Base Commander.
