The Remuneration
A career in the Air Force is very rewarding. As a combat-technical personnel, you can command a starting salary, commensurate with your educational qualifications, as high as $2,085.
Like the pilot, you will receive flying allowances every quarterly when you work onboard the aircraft as a FE.
Upon passing the relevant technical exams and in recognition of your expertise, you'll be a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE).
