Aircrew Specialist

The Challenge

Few other careers can give you more excitement than you'll experience as an Aircrew Specialist (ACS). You're right up there with the pilot, performing demanding tasks under the most pressing and challenging conditions.

These include:

  • search and rescue missions
  • life-saving operations deployment of troops to the frontline
  • crucial delivery of vital supplies to the fighting force

As an ACS, you can look forward to opportunities for overseas training, detachments and postings.

The Requirements

As an Aircrew Specialist, you should be:
  • medically fit

Your eyesight should be:
  • normal colour vision
  • not more than 150 degrees

Academically, you need to have minimum GCE 'O' level passes in English and Maths.

If you are a student or are planning on studying at the ITE, you should check out the ITE Sponsorship Scheme.
