Pilot Wing
The Pilot Wing is awarded and worn by personnel who successfully complete flying training at RSAF Flying School. It takes about 35 months for a trainee to obtain his/her wing. Of this 35 months, 5 months is spent in SAFTI-MI where they do their Tri-Service and Service Terms and receive their commission, before continuing their flying training.
The Wing is elegantly spread to signify the unique nature of the work and the operational readiness and capability of the RSAF pilots. The Coat-of-Arm signifies the Republic of Singapore Air Force. The word "RSAF" is in the center and is surrounded by the laurels which signifies honour, pride and glory.

WSO (FTR) Wing
The WSO (FTR) Wing is awarded to those who have successfully completed their specialized training in the WSO (FTR). They are expected to possess similar level of SA and Airmanship as compared to fighter pilots of the same experience level. RSAF WSO (FTR) are also required to be able to support all aspects of operational requirement as a fighter aircrew in the aft cockpit with the exception of piloting the aircraft to meet the demands of ALL mission roles undertaken by their assigned aircraft platform and Squadron.
A. The National Coat-of-Arm signifies Republic of Singapore. B. The Wing signifies the WSO (FTR) as an airborne specialist. C. The Laurels signifies honour, pride and glory. D. The Word "WSO" give the WSO (FTR) a better sense of identity and belonging to the fighter squadron.

WSO (C3) Badge
The WSO (C3) - Command, Control & Communications badge is worn by the following categories of officers:
A. WSO (C3) trainees on successful completion of their specialised training. B. All WSO (C3) vocationalists who are qualified in at least one of the specialised components viz Weapons, Air Traffic and Communications. C. AOSS of Grade 55 and above qualification. The Coat-of-Arm represents a basic pledge that wearers of this brevet would honourably respond to defend the country. The "Flashes" symbolises the main medium used in air operations, i.e. electromagnetic spectrum. The laurels stand for honour, pride and glory. The Tower represents a modernised, high-tech and operational element of ATC. The Dart depicts the sharpness and professionalism of the RSAF and also represents the weapons control elements. The Range Ring depicts the common identity of Command, Control and Communication network.

 | WSO (ADA) Brevet
The WSO (ADA) brevet is worn by:
A. Officers who have successfully completed the Basic Weapon phases of the Air Defence Artillery Officers' Course.
B. CL I Specialists who have successfully completed the ADSS CL I Upgrading Course. The Coat-of-Arm at the top of the brevet signifies the Republic of Singapore, the nation that we will uphold with honour and protect with our lives. The "RSAF" wording represents the Republic of Singapore Air Force showing that ADSD is part of a bigger and stronger force. The guns not only trace the historical link with our earlier ADA weapon systems but remain as a vital part of the Air Defence System. The sharp pointed missile is a representation of the state-of-the-art technology employed in ADA systems. It also symbolised our single-mindedness and determination in protecting our Air Space. The radar signifies the all rounded defence posture and reflects the potent use of radar in the command and control of our gun and missile systems. The pair of laurel is the universal sign for pride and is painted green (for No. 1 and No. 2 dress only) to symbolise our commitment in support of Army.

Navigator Wing
The Navigator Wing badge is awarded to Navigators who have successfully completed their specialised training in the RSAF C130 Hercules Aircraft.
The Coat-of-Arm signifies the Republic of Singapore and the word "N" is in the center to signify Flight Navigator. The laurels stand for honour, pride and glory.

WSO Wing
The WSO Wing is awarded to recognised WSO's capability in air operations and in-flight control. The WSO wing is awarded to the WSO (C3) who has earned for himself a minimum qualification of CAT D WSO status. The conditions to wear is such that every active NSmen and assigned WSOs will get to wear the Specialist Wing.
The authority of award for the WSO Wing rest with HQ ADSD, the SSSO for all WSOs (C3).

UAV Pilot Wing
The UAV Pilot Wing is awarded to all UAV vocationalists who have successfully completed their specialized training in operating the UAV system.
The Coat-of-Arm at the top signifies the Republic of Singapore, the nation that we uphold with honour and protect with our lives. The Wing is elegantly spread to signify the unique nature of work and the UAV indicate the type of airborne platform that UAV vocationalists operate.

ACS Wing
The ACS Wing is awarded to Helicopter Crewmen and Loadmasters who have successfully completed their specialised training.
The Wing is silver in colour. The Coat-of-Arm signifies the Republic of Singapore and the word ACS is in the center of the wing to signify Aircrew Specialist. The laurels stand for honour, pride and glory.

Air Logistics Brevet
The brevet will be awarded to all air logisticians comprising the following vocations:
A) AEO/AMO/AXO(Supply) officer cadets who have successfully graduated from the Air Logistics Officers Course (ALOC) in AFS. B) Senior Technicians/Technicians who have completed the Senior Technician/Technician course in AFS. C) AVS/AMS who have completed the Basic Air Vehicle Specialist/Basic Air Material Specialist course in AFS.
Both officers and WOSAs will wear a common brevet badge in line with the spirit of the brevet as a common identity for all air logisticians. However, there will be a colour differentiation between the Officers (Gold) and WOSAs (Silver) brevet to reflect the unique roles and responsibilities played by the officers and the WOSAs corps in ALO.
