Click hereThrough a wide range of opportunities and resources, DXOs are empowered to map out a personal plan tailored to their career needs. Training opportunities come in the form of milestone courses, training awards and sponsorships, as well as the talent management programme.
Milestone courses are designed to strengthen leadership skills and organisation awareness, helping to prepare DXOs to take on bigger roles and responsibilities.
If DXOs perform well, training awards and sponsorships are available for them to pursue further studies.
With proven performance and ability to take on bigger responsibilities, there are opportunities for DXOs to be placed on the talent management programme, where they are given further opportunities for exposure and development in MINDEF.
There will be provisions for credits and time to allow for DXOs to pursue learning activities relevant to their course of work.
