SWI had its inaugural Singapore Quality Class (SQC) certification assessment on 19 Mar 13 from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs. The assessors were Mr Tang Teck Chye, Associate Assessor, SPRING Singapore and Mr Sebastian Jin, Vice-Principal, Fuchun Secondary School.
The assessment started off with a presentation segment. Thereafter, permstaff of varying ranks from the different schools were selected for an interview with the assessors. This allowed the assessors to gain a better understanding of SWI from the perspective of its customers.
